Enterprise Commercial Intelligence for Agencies

Commercial Financial Truth & Media Governance for Agencies.

Ad networks report inflated ROAS that doesn't match your client's bank account. Addlaa reconciles ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok directly against audited store cash receipts, COGS, and real Net Profit — delivering deterministic Stoplight signals (Scale, Watch, Trim) and macro auction context in seconds.

The problem

Every agency lives the same three Friday nightmares.

Fragmented ad-network claims, a cash picture that never matches the dashboard, and double-counted credit across every channel — all of it sits between your team and the client conversation you actually want to have. Addlaa closes that gap with commercial financial truth.

!

The Friday ROAS Panic

Meta CPMs spike category-wide, ROAS dips 15%, and the client threatens to churn — before anyone can tell whether it's your account or the whole market.

!

The CFO Cash Disconnect

Media buyers report 3.8× ROAS, but the client founder says, “My bank account is dry, you're losing me money.” Two truths, one spreadsheet short of a reconciliation.

!

Ad-Network Over-Claiming

Meta, Google, and TikTok all claim 100% credit for the exact same transaction — so the “total” everyone reports is never the number that actually hit the bank.

One commercial truth instead.

Addlaa reconciles every channel's claim against audited cash, resolves the overlap, and turns it into deterministic Stoplight signals and a board-ready brief — with the evidence behind every number.

The platform

Six pillars of commercial financial truth.

Everything your team needs to run every client review as a governed, evidence-backed commercial intelligence operation.

Pillar 1 — Attribution Reality Check

Expose ad-network double-counting in 5 seconds.

Every channel claims its own version of the sale. Addlaa overlays what was claimed against what was actually, audibly received — and surfaces the phantom margin hiding in between.

Ad Networks Claimed

Pillar 2 — Stoplight Capital Allocation Engine

Stop sifting through 50-column spreadsheets. Capital allocation in 5 seconds.

Every campaign resolves to one of three deterministic signals, anchored to a MoAS target of $1 of return per margin percent — never a vibe, always a formula.

Anchored to MoAS target $1 return / margin %

Pillar 3 — Macro Market Pulse & Panic Defense

Is your client's ROAS down, or is the whole market down?

Before anyone panics on a Friday call, Addlaa benchmarks the move against category-wide auction volatility — so you know if it's your account or the entire channel.

Meta CPM · Apparel (WoW)▲ +18.4%
Your account vs. category baseline+7.2% better
Pillar 4 — Commercial Financial Truth & Cost Ladder

Speak the language of the client's CFO: net cash profit, not vanity metrics.

A full commercial waterfall from gross revenue down to net profit — with Revenue MoAS and Profit MoAS kept clearly, permanently separate.

Pillar 5 — Media Governance & Flight Pacing Ledger

Holding-company grade governance & budget flight pacing.

A live flight-pacing ledger across every campaign, plus a 0–100% operational hygiene scorecard per channel — the technical audit holding companies expect, standard on every account.

Pillar 6 — 1-Click Boardroom-Ready Executive Brief

From raw data to a board-ready handout in 1 click. Kill the Friday slide-deck nightmare.

A strict 2-page executive brief — the numbers, the stoplights, the one recommendation that matters — generated the moment the data lands, not the night before the meeting.

Unified Intelligence · Three lenses, one engine

One analysis, viewed three ways.

Addlaa turns multi-channel client data into three distinct executive perspectives:

Lens 01

Performance Intelligence (Marketing Analyzer — what drove the return)

Turn campaign data across every channel into clear insights, trends, and decisions.

Lens 02

Measurement Intelligence (MoAS Engine — margin on ad spend after product costs)

See how ad spend affects your real margins, not just revenue - campaign by campaign.

Lens 03

Commercial Intelligence (Profitability — true agency net margins & overhead)

See what actually drives profit - across campaigns, clients, and your whole book.

Show the math

Don't just trust the answer. See the evidence behind it.

When a client asks why performance changed, or your team needs to defend a recommendation, 'trust the AI' isn't good enough. Every finding Addlaa surfaces comes with the evidence it's based on and a confidence label — so the answer is something you can actually stand behind in the room.

Scale Campaign B, not Campaign A

High confidence

Campaign A reports the higher ROAS. But after product cost, Campaign B returns more real profit per dollar spent — the number that should decide where budget goes next.

Campaign A ROAS:4.1×Campaign A MoAS:0.9×Campaign B ROAS:2.6×Campaign B MoAS:1.6×

Illustrative example — the same evidence-chip format shown in every Addlaa Executive Report, on sample numbers.

Break-even

A 4.0× ROAS looks healthy — but at 25% margin you're running to stand still. After product cost, this is roughly break-even: about $0 a month.

You need a 4.0× ROAS just to break even at 25% margin — you're at 4.0×.

This is your blended number. Your real leaks hide inside individual campaigns — some are quietly subsidising the rest. Addlaa shows MoAS campaign by campaign and client by client, and names the ones bleeding money.

Attribution truth

Meta and Google both claim the sale. This tells the truth.

Every ad platform is incentivized to take credit for the same conversion — so the numbers in each dashboard never add up to what actually happened. Hand a client three conflicting totals often enough, and the question stops being “which channel is winning” and starts being “can I trust this agency’s reporting at all.” Addlaa reconciles every platform against a single, de-duplicated source of truth before it ever reaches a client.

“Ad platform dashboards tell you what each platform claims. Addlaa tells you what actually generated cash in the bank.”

White-label reporting

Your logo. Your colours. Your report.

An Addlaa report is something you resell as your own. Set your branding once and every export — PDF, PowerPoint, or secure link — goes out as your agency's work. From the Intelligence plan, every Addlaa mention is removed, so the client sees 100% your brand.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask.

Is Addlaa a dashboard or reporting tool?

No — and that's the point. A dashboard shows the numbers; Addlaa unifies your marketing data, measures what's driving performance, and its AI generates the insights, forecasts, and recommendations. It's the decision-intelligence layer, not one more dashboard to check.

Can I put my agency's brand on client reports?

Yes. White-label reporting is available from the Intelligence plan up, including your agency's logo, colours, and name. Addlaa branding is removed so the report is presented 100% as your agency's work.

How quickly can I onboard a new client?

Connect the client's sources — ad platforms, analytics, CRM, or a file — and Addlaa turns it into a client-ready workspace in minutes. Onboarding a new account is a connection, not a project.

Do I need a data analyst on staff to use it?

No. The AI does the analytical heavy lifting and writes plain-English insights, so account managers can deliver analyst-grade reporting without hiring one.

How does pricing work as I add clients?

Pricing is workspace-based — each workspace is a client account. Start free, then move up plans as your roster grows. You add clients without re-onboarding data or losing history.

Is each client's data kept separate and secure?

Yes. Every client lives in an isolated workspace with role-based access and audit logs, so you can pass the strictest client and enterprise security reviews.

My client has a good ROAS but profit is falling. Why?

ROAS only compares revenue to ad spend — it ignores what it cost to deliver what was sold. If product cost, shipping, payment fees, or handling rise faster than revenue, ROAS can stay flat or even climb while real profit shrinks. Addlaa's Profitability lens applies those costs on top of ROAS so you see the number that actually matters: margin.

Revenue increased but profit decreased — what happened?

This usually means the mix shifted toward lower-margin sales, or non-ad costs (COGS, shipping, payment fees, handling) grew faster than revenue. Addlaa's ladder — Revenue minus those costs, minus ad spend — shows exactly where the margin went, campaign by campaign, instead of leaving you to guess from a single ROAS number.

How do I explain profitability to a client?

Show the number they haven't seen: not just ROAS, but MoAS and net profit, with the campaign-level evidence behind the recommendation. Addlaa's Executive Report is built for exactly this — a client-ready narrative with the KPIs and the evidence chips that back each finding, so you're not just asserting a conclusion.

What data is required to measure profitability?

Revenue and ad spend get you ROAS. To get real profit you also need cost of goods (COGS), shipping, payment/transaction fees, and handling per campaign or client — the same fields Addlaa's cost profile uses. The more of these you provide, the more of the ladder from revenue down to net profit Addlaa can complete.

What happens when KPI or cost data is missing?

Addlaa never estimates or fabricates a number to fill a gap. A KPI is only shown when its required fields exist in your data — otherwise it's explicitly marked Not Available. Recommendations are only made when the data supports them, so a missing field means an honest gap in the report, never a guess presented as fact.

What's the difference between ROAS and MoAS?

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) is revenue divided by ad spend, so a 4× ROAS can still lose money once product cost is counted. MoAS (Margin on Ad Spend) divides margin — not revenue — by ad spend, so it tells you whether a campaign is actually profitable. See the full breakdown, with your own numbers, on the free MoAS calculator.

You didn’t build an agency to chase numbers. You built it to grow.

Running the agency can become harder than growing it — Addlaa gives you your clarity back.
